Our core business is executive search. We work with clients on a retained basis to identify, engage, attract, and secure leadership talent for their organisations. These may be executive or non-executive leaders. Typically, we recruit chief executives, managing directors and general managers; functional leaders including CFOs, commercial leaders, marketing and sales directors; technical leaders, and other corporate officers such as HR directors. In addition, we facilitate our clients’ appointment of independent NEDs, trustees and chairs to their boards.
We also undertake other leadership and board advisory work. This includes management audit and benchmarking; internal recruitment and talent assessments; market mapping; and independent due diligence, for corporates, investors and advisors.
We work across the UK and undertake international assignments where our capability allows, having delivered searches across Europe, the Middle East and other regions.
